Skift Take: Airbus hinted that a longer-range version of its newest narrow-body jet, the A321 XLR, could be available by 2023. That would likely beat to market Boeing’s comparable but all-new 797. It's remarkable that the airplane manufacturer duopoly can maintain such fierce competition.
